Timely & timeless classes guided by Veronique Ory, RYT 500, helping you shine both on and off the mat. This series was created to navigate what you need most, exactly when you need it. Designed for the curious yoga practitioner, open to all levels, abilities and energy levels. Created to meet you where you are with themes that encourage you to take your yoga practice with you off of the mat through guided meditations, movement flows and stretching sessions. Come strengthen, increase your flexibility, improve your balance, mend existing injuries, challenge yourself mentally, physically and emotionally as well as calm the mind while feeling vibrant and rejuvenated with each practice!

Come explore a new and improved way to practice with on demand classes! There are many ways you can flexibly utilize this library of classes to best support your needs at this time!

Here are a few suggestions:
* Practice 1 theme per week for the whole year [1 hr/week]
* Cycle through 1 theme per day for 52 days [1 hr/day]
* Pick & choose your own adventure from a menu of easy 20-minute yoga + meditation videos to meet you where you are

Different access points for each theme for you to notice what arises & transforms in stillness, movement and stretching.
